GSF offers a Click & Collect service to its customers on all website orders where product is in stock at a local branch.

When placing an order on our website, customers will be given the option to choose our Click & Collect service, which will allow them to collect their chosen goods from a local branch within an hour of placing their order if those goods are in stock.

On receipt of a Click & Collect order, our branch will reserve the chosen parts and hold them for collection until the end of the working day following receipt of the order. After this time GSF cannot guarantee that the goods will be available – if the goods have not been collected by this time they will be put back into stock and may be sold to another customer.

Customers opting to use this service will be expected to pay for their goods at the GSF branch of their choice before receiving their order. GSF accept cash, debit card and most major credit cards in payment for goods and services. Please note that discount coupons for in branch purchases cannot be redeemed against click and collect reservations.

GSF will make every effort to ensure that selected products are available for collection as indicated. However, from time to time it may not be possible to locate a particular item in-store. In such instances GSF branch staff will make every effort to contact customers to advise them of the situation and where possible, offer an alternative. GSF cannot be held liable for journey costs or time lost in instances where product is unavailable.
